Grooming process & important information
To ensure a calm and stress-free grooming experience, I work with a clear and structured process.
Every dog is bathed as part of the grooming appointment. Depending on the dog’s coat type, condition and your wishes, grooming may include:
scissor or clipper trimming, hand stripping (if suitable), nail trimming, and checking eyes and hygiene areas. All grooming is done with the dog’s comfort and well-being in mind. I work preferably one-on-one with the dog, without the owner present during the appointment.
Dogs are dropped off at the agreed time and must be picked up at the scheduled time.
Please note: Dogs cannot stay in the salon for the entire day. Timely pick-up is important to maintain a calm environment for all dogs.
My goal is a professional, calm and well-organized grooming appointment where your dog is cared for with patience and experience.
Payment is possible in cash or by card.

For this reason, clear salon rules are in place to ensure a calm and secure grooming environment. Doors remain closed during grooming to prevent any dog from leaving the salon unexpectedly.
Dogs are never left unattended on the grooming table, including during drying or short handling steps.
I work calmly, attentively and without time pressure. There are no rushed appointments, no loud environments and no parallel grooming sessions.
This creates a relaxed atmosphere where dogs feel safe and can trust the process.
These rules are not about being strict – they are about safety, calmness and the well-being of every dog.

Parking is available directly in front of the salon, making drop-off and pick-up easy and stress-free.
Appointments are by prior arrangement only.
